Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to registration@interelgroup.com. A $250 fee will apply to ALL registrations cancelled before Monday, April 1, 2019. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after that date. Golf tournament registrations are non-refundable.  However, should you be unable to attend at the last minute, registration may be transferred to another individual at the same company. Registration fees cannot be transferred to any future event.

We offer 50% off applicable registration fees for ONE attendee for emergency medicine residents, staff for an ACEP state chapter, and members who joined EDPMA for the first time after May 1, 2018. Group Registration Policy


To be eligible for the EDPMA group registration rates, all members of the group must be ready to register at the same time. An individual’s rates will not be changed or refunded if a group is formed after an individual has registered or if a larger group is formed later. Carefully plan your group before registering to ensure the best rates.

Guest Pass Policy
Guest passes are intended for spouses and significant others who are not in the business of emergency medicine. If a colleague would like to attend a party, luncheon, or visit the exhibit hall, they must register for that day. EDPMA offers one day registration passes. If you register for Sunday only, you can attend both the Saturday and Sunday receptions.

Golf Tournament Registration

The deadline to register for golf is April 1st.
Golf tournament registrations are non-refundable.

: Saturday, April 27, 2019

Time: 1:00 PM Shotgun Start (different teams start from different holes) (arrive 30 minutes early!)

Format: 18-Hole Scramble – Each player on the team tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, and then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. Team scores for 18 holes will be compared for prizes.

Location: McCormick Ranch Golf Club | Pine Golf Course 7505 E. McCormick Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Transportation: The hotel is next to the golf course. The hotel provides on-property resort transportation services that depart from the main hotel/lobby area and drop golfers off at the Golf Pro Shop. The hotel is in walking distance to the Pine’s Course—but you might get lost.

Pricing: $150 per person

Club Rentals: $55 (plus tax)

Eligibility: If you are in the emergency medicine business, you must be a conference registrant in order to play golf.  However, you have the option to register for just Sunday sessions.  If you are not in the emergency medicine business and are a guest of a registrant (such as a spouse or child), you need only pay the golf registration fee of $150 plus the $50 for a guest pass to the Pre-Conference Reception ($200 total). If a non-industry guest of a Summit registrant would also like to attend the Opening Reception and Closing Reception, this would cost an additional $50 to attend both.  (Guest passes to the evening receptions are $50 for one reception (identify reception) or $100 for all three.) 

Team Requests: If you would like to be placed on the same team with another Summit registrant, please email registration@interelgroup.com.

Clothing Restrictions: Golf attire is required: collared shirts are required; Denim/jeans are allowed, but cut off jean shorts are prohibited. Golf shoes are available for rent, but sizes and availability are very limited.  Tennis shoes may be worn.
