We offer special discounts for emergency medicine residents, one staff member per ACEP state chapter, group pricing during the early bird registration, and members who joined EDPMA for the first time after May 10, 2016. If you fit this description, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the discount. Status will be verified before the discount is provided.
To be eligible for the EDPMA group registration rates, all members of the group must be ready to register at the same time. Individuals’ rates will not be changed or refunded if a group is formed after an individual has registered or if a larger group is formed later. Substitutions are welcome. Carefully plan your group before registering to ensure the best rates.

Once your registration has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with receipt of payment.
Cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A $100 fee will apply to ALL registrations cancelled before Friday, March 31, 2017. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after that date. However, should you be unable to attend at the last minute, registration may be transferred to another individual at the same company. Registration fees cannot be transferred to any future event.
